How can we help?
Pray
We’ve created Central Cell prayerfully and we hope we’re in line with what God is saying. The document in the “All the details” page will probably give you a good idea of how you could pray for us.
Please pray for continued healthy relationships between the youth leaders, the churches, the young people and the volunteers. Pray that we can find a brilliant venue. Pray that we keep in step with God’s direction. Pray that this serves and grows and nourishes the church. Pray for those who don’t yet know the love of God for themselves. Whatever you like really. Any prayer would be great.
Volunteer
If you currently volunteer in your church’s youth ministry, we’re inviting you to join us at Central Cell. In order to do this, you’ll need to fill in our volunteer application form and we’ll need to make sure we have a copy of a current DBS, so we can make sure the context is a safe one across the churches. If you’ve already done this for another reason, you won’t need to do it again. We totally understand you need to get your head around it all first so please have a look at the document in the “All the details” page and chat with your youth leader or church leaders. Central Cell won’t work without you, so we’d love it if you felt you could join us.
If you don’t currently volunteer and you think you might like to, please have a read of the document then chat to your youth leader or church leaders. After that, we’ll need you to apply as above so we can hook you into what we’re doing.
Give
It’s going to cost about £6400 in the first academic year to get this off the ground and we’re not intending to charge churches or young people with any fixed prices to take part. Instead, we would like to invite you or your church to give financially to Aylesbury Vale Youth for Christ however you can. We think this will be more than sufficient.

If you’d like to give, that would be wonderful and gratefully received. All the possibilities and channels for this can be found by clicking here. Anything you do give will be used to run Aylesbury Vale Youth for Christ as a whole with Central Cell as a main focus alongside Connect, Unite and any seasonal socials that will be taking place. If you’d like to give specifically to Central Cell, please get in touch with us first so we can arrange this.
